Write, phone or email the appropriate authority, explaining briefly and clearly what the problem is and where to find it (include map or map reference if possible).  Give the name and address of land owner or farmer if known;

Riding is fun, healthy and a rewarding activity for all the family.  LEEP schools cater for anyone - whether starting from scratch or hopping back on after a break, advanced, intermediate or novice; dressage or jumping.  LEEP schools can cater for all shapes and sizes, levels and abilities.  Most LEEP schools will take people from 5 yars upwards, some younger - and there is no upper age limit!!  The web address for LEEP is:
