L E E P !! Leicestershire Equestrian Enterprise Partnership LEEP is an organisaation made up of local Riding Schools, backed by Leicestershire County Council, which guarantees that stringent safety standards are met by the Riding Schools who are members of LEEP. Currently, the membership comprises;

anyone - whether starting from scratch or hopping back on after a break, advanced,
